North of the Border

Big Hatt Gourmet has traveled up to a particular Wisconsin estate multiple times in the last two years.  This summer, we were lucky enough to join them for two different events.  The first was an outdoor wedding and the second was a three day carnival. Each time we drive up, we know that we will rock out amazing bbq cuisine and be surrounded by beautiful grounds and a picturesque barn.

Our most popular menu items at these events are:  apple cider braised pulled pork sandwiches with Bourbon Love BBQ sauce and topped with crunchy slaw, Texas pulled BBQ beef brisket with Momma Bell’s brisket sauce, Rub Me Tender dry rub ribs, and all the usual suspect sides: bourbon baked beans, slaw, and all kinds of salads.
