Thursday night, a gathering of Braintree employees enjoyed a Big Hatt Gourmet Chef’s Table Dinner at the Merchandise Mart.

The Big Hatt Gourmet culinary delights served to guests included asparagus volute with sauteed mushrooms and bacon, bacon seared scallops with beet and sweet pea puree, blow torched lamb chops (yes, we said blow torch) with beets and garlic roasted potatoes and mini apple cobbler pots with fresh whipped cream for dessert.
