Art Gallery Wedding

In September, the rig parked outside of the Elmhurst Art Museum for an outdoor wedding with dinner served in the galleries. Every guest walked past the rig and through the aromas that filled the air as they entered the space. Although each the menu items had hint of bbq flavor in each bite, they were far from down home comfort.

Guests dined on aged prosciutto over a crushed basil dressed salad, scallops that were seared in a pan with bacon served over a duo of purees, and lobster and candied pork chops each smoked to perfection and served atop roasted corn salad and potato puree.   Everyone was amazed that such a refined menu came from the a beautiful, traditional BBQ rig.
