All Star VIP Chef’s Dinner Cochon 555

Last Friday several chefs from Chicago got together to celebrate Cochon 555 and cook up a multi-course meal for our guests.  Chef Andrew Zimmerman played host at his restaurant; Sepia.  The chefs included Andrew Zimmerman of Sepia, Stephanie Izard of the Girl and the Goat, Pat Sheerin of The Trencherman, Rob Levitt of the Butcher and Larder, Jason Vincent of Nightwood and Craig Bell of Big Hatt and Sub Zero/Wolf. (I happened to be outside drinking beer and smoking some dinner when this photo was taken!)  Thanks to Brady Lowe and all the supporters of Cochon for making this happen.
